To add UGC, open the TikShop Dashboard. You will see a circle button with a + inside it, like below.

When you click this, a pop up will come up where you can enter the URL for any TikTok. The UGC will then be added to your content on the TikTok tab.

You can filter to view all the UGC you have added.

UGC for Instagram is not currently supported.
